Precautions for the use of electric heating wire

As an important industrial component, electric heating wire needs to pay special attention to its use temperature in the design and use process. The use temperature of electric heating wire is usually about 100 degrees higher than the furnace temperature, so this factor should be fully considered in the design. Especially the ferrochrome-aluminium electric heating alloy components are prone to oxidation, deformation or even fracture under high temperature, which affects the service life.
